Worldwide Cruises are expanding and looking for an experienced Customer Service & Quality Control Advisor to support in managing travel bookings, keeping customers updated and to deal with client facing enquiries, changes and requests so as to create a smooth holiday experience for the clients

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge in travel, highly experienced in customer care and pays meticulous attention to detail.

Customer Service & QC Advisor responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with their travel booking
  • Maintain customer bookings
  • Manage customer enquiries via telephone, email, mail, or social media
  • Manage changes in bookings and provide appropriate solutions
  • Handle customer feedback
  • Manage booking queries from hotels and rail suppliers
  • Deal with suppliers, payment queries & reconciliation
  • Check travel documentation before sending to clients

Customer Service & QC Advisor skills:

  • High levels of customer service and attention to detail
  • Excellent Travel Knowledge
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced varied role
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers
  • Experience in customer service and administration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
