Job Title: Customer Service & Marketing Assistant

Salary: Upto £23,000

Location: Kirby Muxloe, Leicestershire, LE9 2BJ

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Assistant with great written & verbal skills, who is ready to hit the ground running! We’re after a highly organised individual with a fantastic attitude to really make a difference to our evolving company.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for replying to customers and solving complaints/issues in a timely manner across all platforms, e.g. telephone, emails, letters etc
  • Organising compensation to be sent to customers
  • Reporting on voucher/stock spend across the department
  • Liaising with different departments to help solve customer complaints, e.g. buying, quality assurance, area managers etc
  • Assist/advise stores with customer service decisions
  • Providing information on products, e.g. price/stock
  • Assisting the Marketing team with general admin

Skills:

  • Flexibility and good time management
  • Ability to use initiative
  • An excellent grasp of the English language, grammar and copywriting skills are essential to this role
  • Patient, polite and confident when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and deadlines
  • Fresh ideas, enthusiasm and a willingness to assist when asked, as well as the ability to take the initiative and always keep busy
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
  • An upbeat, can-do attitude and positive mindset
  • Happy to help, learn and grow
  • Live problem solving
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • An interest in marketing
