Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers to use JD order system for product/inbound/outbound import. Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and on a timely basis, ensuring any supply queries or errors, are investigated and rectified ASAP, as the end using customer is of the highest importance.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure the warehouse operation team are fully up to speed with the customers’ orders. Outbound orders expected delivery dates are being communicated to the customers so customers can effectively plan their product availability, plus their own workload & stock levels.
  • Coordinates with the last mile delivery suppliers, providing a professional service solution by delivering strong customer service for the invalid orders and other issues.
  • Develop and maintain communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information across internal teams such as Product team, IT team, Sales team, Finance team and external teams.
  • Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly billing and regular report and data accordingly.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Have worked within a 3PL / E-Commerce / Retail / FMCG environment previously - Advantageous.
  • Sound business judgment and analytical thinking skills-Advantageous.
  • Used to working cross functionally in a fast-paced organization.
  • Be commutable to Midland warehouse office
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office software, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
