Customer Service Manager

Opportunity: Permanent

Hours: 7-day rota (various shifts 0600-2230 / every other weekend)

Salary: £30,000-40,000pa

Location: Hastings/Remote

Our technology gives doctors the ability to remotely examine patients during a live video consultation, resulting in better access and quality of care. We serve the NHS with our technology solutions and the private health market with our tech-enabled pharmacy clinics.

We are a fun, passionate, and experienced team, building the largest consultation and examination network in the world. Medicspot is growing very quickly and we need more dynamic people to join our innovative and close-knit team.

What will the job role be?

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and motivate a large team of Customer Service Operatives and Supervisors
  • Coordinate team workload to ensure service volumes and quality levels are attained
  • Work with wider team to agree, measure and deliver KPIs and targets
  • Write and implement process changes as the company and service develops
  • Provide team feedback, training, and development to improve productivity and service delivery
  • Analyse metrics and statistics and compile accurate reports as required

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and inspirational team leader to join our busy customer service team. You will be solution-focused and supportive, considering the needs of your team members as well as the wider business, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 3 years experience in a similar management position
  • Experience leading and working with remote teams
  • Natural leader with a proven record of coaching, engaging and empowering people
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and take initiative without prompting
  • Flexible attitude with the ability to think critically and quickly
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly with minimal supervision
