About us

MAX FAME PAPER PRODUCTS LTD is a small business in Manchester, M31 4RN. Our factory has 40 years of experience in paper printing and packaging in China. You can visit our website in my signature. We are expanding our business these years (including the UK, Thailand and Vietnam).

Job Title: Customer Service/ Administration

Duties:

1. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status updates
- Maintain customer accounts by updating contact information and order details
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

2. Administration:
- Keep track of all documents related to factory certification ie. ISO9001, BRCGS, and FSC etc.
- Perform regular inspections on health and safety requirements of the factory
- Carry out regular house-keeping of the office area

Experience:
- OK in Mandarin Chinese
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred or paper packaging industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions for customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
