Your role will involve liaising with clients by email and phone, logging all enquiries, processing orders, providing quotations and responding to any issues. If you have a customer service background with experience in complaints-handling, then this role will be right up your street!
Salary: £23,250
Location: near Gerrard’s Cross, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Full-time, permanent role. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
You will need knowledge of French to A level proficiency or equivalent, with previous experience in a customer care position.
The role is based in the small, idyllic town of Chalfont St Peter and you’ll have access to a free shuttle bus from Gerrard’s Cross train station too! While there will be some remote working initially, please expect to be in our modern office full-time once restrictions lift.
