An exciting new opportunity has opened in Chiswick Business Park, West London, working for the world’s leading medical and security risk services. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be servicing the US military, the company’s largest client. The ideal candidate will have experience communicating in an efficient yet empathetic manner, as they will be providing a range of 24-hour assistance services and general customer service, to members.

NOTE: Please only apply for this vacancy if you are available to start work ASAP. As this is a 24/7 service, work: 4 shifts per week Monday-Sunday on a rota basis, hours 21:00 - 07:30am. START DATE: 12th July 2020

Core Responsibilities:

  • Answering high volume of calls from current and former US military personnel and their families.
  • Assisting callers with their healthcare enquiries.
  • Confirming medical procedures eligibility in line with policy.
  • Coordinating authorisations for treatment.
  • Booking and amending appointments.
  • Assisting with enrolment and claims.

Key Skills Required:

  • An empathetic approach
  • Previous customer service experience
  • A passion to help people
  • A commitment to adhere to policy and procedure
  • Experience of working in a process driven business and a demanding environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced contact centre
