We have an exciting role for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Customer Service team in our Congleton Offices in Cheshire.

Salary: Circa 20K depending on experience.

As Customer Service coordinator you will work as part of a team to ensure that customer orders are managed and processed in a timely and accurate manner. Creating a consistent level of communication and service excellence to customers and colleagues across the Feed Solution business.

Key Tasks

Answering and responding to incoming calls and emails

Processing incoming orders and queries

Manage the delivery of the orders by working with the Operations & Sales Team colleagues

Building lasting relationships with customers

Making outbound calls to assist with order prediction

Processing invoices

Supporting the Sales reps in the field with administration duties and chasing application forms

Dealing with pricing queries

The successful candidate will need strong written and verbal communication skills and must be able to speak clearly to help our customers get answers to their questions, making orders or resolving issues. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will need great interpersonal skills, which includes developing a greater sense of empathy, patience and active listening. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and dedicated to the tasks in hand. You will need to work from your own initiative constantly striving to exceed our customers’ expectations by being ‘customer-centric’.
