Avocet Recruitment is partnering a highly regarded Property Developer that require a Customer Service Coordinator for their flagship development in Filton.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to occupied homes
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Liaise with all relevant parties to resolve warranty defects within published timescales
  • Schedule appointments for Customer Service Technicians
  • Order materials as required
  • Obtain quotations for chargeable work as required

The succesful applicant will be an excellent communicator, be able to learn and will ideally have some sort of experience within house building, although this is not essential.
