About Our ClientMy client is an international Manufacturing company based in Norton Canes seeking Customer Service Coordinators.Job DescriptionAs Customer Service Coordinator, based in Norton Canes, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Inbound calls and emails around product information, payments, invoices, and delivery information
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of franchisees
  • Dealing with the query from end-to-end
  • Delivering updates regarding stock shortages and delays to deliveries
The Successful ApplicantThe successful Customer Service Coordinator will have the following experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in a B2B or B2C environment
  • IT Literate
What’s on OfferAs Customer Service Coordinator, you will be entitled to the following:
  • £22,000 - £25,000 per annum dependent upon experience
  • Office-based role (hybrid working not available due to the nature of the role)
  • 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30-16:45 Fridays
  • 38.5 hour week
  • Permanent contract
  • £22-25K dependent on experience
