We are a standalone product area positioned within the Industrial Solutions business area within the Trelleborg Group, who have a total of around 6000 employees around the world.About The JobReporting to the Sales Office Manager, this role is a key administrative role in supporting the Sales team and providing an essential link between the Sales Manager and the client. You will be responsible for supporting existing business across all product areas, while securing new business either from existing clients or attracting new customers. We ideally want a candidate who can support all sales activities to help the business exceed sales targets. Other responsibilities include:
  • Carry out customer communications, expectations and requirements. Establishing, developing and maintaining existing relationships with customers; end users and distributors on a regular basis
  • Responsible for receipt and processing of all customer orders providing internal and external customers with timely and accurate information and acknowledgements within established systems and procedures.
  • Process all new sales leads; complete quotations and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Arrange and coordinate samples for customers and follow-up to develop potential new business.
  • Make outbound calls to existing dormant customers to establish reasons for inactivity and attempt to reactivate the account.
  • Maintain sales records, capture customer data accurately and ensure customer records are continually reviewed and kept up to date on CRM System
  • General data process/input and providing data and produce reports where required
  • Achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Support grow initiatives within the business
About The Ideal CandidateThe Customer Service Coordinator will have experience in a similar role / relevant field. You will also have:
  • Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ability to connect with International / Global customers
  • Working experience of different Management systems – M3 preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
