This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come on board and join our growing business. As a liaison between our customers and production, it is vital this person is accurate in the communication and their confidence in dealing with customer shines through. This person will make sure the customers know their products are in safe hands.

On a day-to-day basis, the role holder will keep our customers up to date with daily production planning and report any service issues we encounter. Reporting to the Factory Manager, they will also be involved in supporting our teams in launching new products, the promotional calendar and SKU changes.

We’re looking for someone who is a team player, who can be flexible to meet deadlines and adapt to change at short notice. Our ideal candidate is someone who has great communications skills and can influence decision making.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for the successful candidate to have customer service experience but also the ability to communicate effectively throughout each area of the supply chain. While manufacturing experience is not essential, an understanding of production planning would be beneficial.
