Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Castle Donington with flexibility for remote work. The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing support focused on customer satisfaction and experience. Tasks will include answering phone calls and emails, booking in appointments, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with other teams to resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience providing high levels of customer satisfaction and support
  • Knowledge of customer experience principles
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively to continuously improve processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Note: additional qualifications may include experience in the real estate industry, proficiency in relevant software programs, and knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.
