Salary & Benefits: £10,623.50 - £12,711.50 per annum dependent on experience for working 18.5 hours per week, attractive pension, 25 days holiday (pro rata to hours), performance bonus, retails savings scheme



Location: Leeds with home working currently due to the pandemic and expected a hybrid working arrangement in the future



We currently have a part time opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join the Bioresources team, working 18.5 hours per week Weds (PM), Thursday and Friday


This is a temporary opportunity for 12 x months


What will the role involve?


You will provide front-line customer support to our imported waste customers and respond to customer contacts – telephone calls, letters and emails, ensuring customers are happy with our service. You will provide a helpful, efficient and friendly service managing trade waste customers through the origination process from receiving samples to inductions. You will process samples and return updates to our customers. You will resolve and respond to any customer complaints and produce performance reports for the wider Commercial Team.


What key skills are required?


The successful candidate will have a strong customer service ethos and understand the importance and benefits of providing both internal and external customers and colleagues with an exceptionally high level of helpful and attentive service.


A confident communicator, personable and friendly you will be able to build up effective working relationships with a range of internal and external customers and colleagues.


You will be able to manage a busy and varied workload, possess a can-do attitude and be highly organised. You will be able to show attention to detail and follow company processes and act within our Regulatory Framework.


You will have excellent IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office packages and Excel.


The role will involve some travel to our operational sites, therefore you will require a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
