The Role

  • Fully comprehensive training will be provided
  • Hours of work are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Acting as a first point of contact for Innserve’s technicians.
  • Planning and organising their day to day activities such as surveys, stock deliveries and speaking to the customer to ensure they are ready for the technician’s visit.
  • Working to agreed timescales to ensure work is completed by the expected date.

About You

  • No previous experience needed – if you are organised and enjoy planning, you will succeed in this role.
  • You will be confident at communicating and able to form positive working relationships with technicians and customers alike.
  • You will have a good understanding of the relationship between cost efficiency and quality of work.
  • You will be a strong team player who wants to succeed.
  • An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
