Job Overview Start Date: 16/10/2023 Salary: £11.50 per hour £21,438.30 per annum

Location: Cuprum, Argyle Street, Glasgow, This is an office based role with NO work from home option Shifts: Full Time 35.85 hours working 5/7 days Monday-Friday (Apply online only) Saturday (Apply online only) Sunday (Apply online only) (Must be fully flexible within hours stated) NO PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE Training: 18 Days

Key Responsibilities Resolve enquiries with speed and precision Delight customers by providing timely, accurate and expert advice Deliver a service where patience, empathy and building rapport are central Record, track, and effectively resolve incidents and queries Create clear notes on customers’ accounts with relevant details Comply with the company’s policies and practices Update your knowledge through the associated guidelines and procedures Manage databases, tools, applications and operating systems Strive to achieve first call resolution

Skills needed to be a Customer Service Representative We are looking for the following skills and attributes: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people. Professional and friendly Customer Service experience Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard. PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease. A good consistent typing speed Take ownership of situations with positivity, resilience, and a dedicated approach to providing service excellence.
