Our friendly team in Kenilworth are looking for a customer focused, helpful person who loves providing excellent service, to join them. Working in the heart of the community our team are key in understanding what’s important to our diverse range of customers and create a sense of belonging for everyone. It’s a team orientated, supportive environment where every day is different.

Your main responsibilities will be building relationships with our members, completing their transactions accurately and handling money safely. You’ll support our wide range of customer enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way. Being a team player is also important as you’ll want to help those around you.

Taking responsibility by finding solutions for our customers, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies will also be important. You’ll also support all our customers however they use us, through administration enquiries by inputting information accurately and by taking telephone calls when required.

As you increase in confidence and experience, you’ll work through our supportive accreditation scheme which moves you through different levels of the role. This not only recognises your found skills but increases you salary at each point, with at least 4 pay increases to work towards. About You

We have a reputation for excellent customer service and we’d really like to meet people who care about customers as much as we do!

You’ll already have some experience of dealing with customers and providing a good level of service to be successful, we can train you how to use our systems and all about our services.

Dealing with transactions in careful and accurate way is a big part of the role, so it would be helpful, but not essential if you already have some cash handling experience. You’ll be talking to lots of different people so you’ll like chatting and be confident talking to a diverse range of different people.
