Customer Support Consultant

£20,000 per annum
Andover

1-1 Recruitment have a great opportunity for a customer support consultant to join software company in Andover. You will be required to support the whole team in various general admin tasks and be the first point of contact for all client queries and requirements.
If you have experience with software or within the educational sector, that would be ideal. The hours are 08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday.

Day to day responsibilities
  • Working with the Support Team providing telephone and online support to our clients
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Continually developing your knowledge and understanding of our software products
  • Related administrative tasks, including managing workload, logging queries etc.
  • Providing brief demonstrations and/or training of parts of our software remotely

Ideal candidates
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal with clients
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving approach
  • Ability to cope in a busy office environment
  • Good computer literacy
