Customer Service Assistant

Competitive Salary

40 hours per week (Monday – Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturday morning (9am – 12 noon)

Part Time 20 Hours is also considered

Lloyd’s Animal Feeds are a family owned business with bases across the UK, who work with customers to produce a nutritional solution for Dairy, Beef, Sheep and Poultry.

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Morton, Oswestry Mill.

Computer keyboard skills and a warm and efficient telephone manner are essential to greet the many people who phone our customer service team each day, entering customer orders and delivery data onto the computer system and dealing with any queries that may arise.

The successful candidate will have strong inter-personal skills, including the ability to develop effective working relationships, be able to work on their own and in a team and be able to demonstrate a professional approach. They will be able to prioritise workload, work under pressure and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. They will also have experience of Microsoft excel and word.

The successful candidate will hold GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C and above in English and Maths and have experience of working with the public.
