- Clears and cleans tables
- Ensures that customers are satisfied with their orders

- Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
- Helps prepare food in the kitchen (when necessary)
- Ensure the counter and front of house is clean, tidy and complies to food hygiene standards
- In addition, any other relevant activities required by the business on an ad hoc basis

As the successful apprentice you will undertake a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard to include assessment in Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours, Functional Skills in maths and English (where applicable) and completion of your End-Point Assessment (EPA).
During your time on the apprenticeship programme, you will also be expected to complete and document 20% off-job-training.
