ResQ are delighted to be announcing a new Customer Service campaign in partnership with one of the leading providers of renewable energy in the UK.

As a Customer Service Agent you will be required/expected to;

  • Manage queries from existing customers, regarding their gas and/or electric service.
  • Always put the customer first and be empathetic to their needs and circumstances.
  • Thoroughly investigate each enquiry, ensuring the best solutions are offered to the customers so they know we have taken the time to listen to their needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout – enthusiasm and passion is key in this role to ensure our customers know they are valued!

Do I need any prior experience?

No! We’ll give you full training, included when you start with us. We do however look to identify some key core skills, including;

  • Interpersonal skills – are you a people-person? A natural chatterbox? We want you!
  • Problem-solving skills – how quickly can you adapt to change? Do you love helping others?
  • Positive attitude! – first impressions really do matter! We expect all our agents to be polite and positive when interacting with customers over the phone.
  • Be eager to learn!
