We are recruiting for an established leading global company in Corby, the role involves interacting with customer’s in a multi-channel customer service environment, providing a first-class customer experience that will build customer loyalty whilst maximising sales opportunities.

They are looking to recruit enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their team, dealing with a variety of enquiries, building customer rapport and engagement.

If you have previous customer experience this is a potential role for you.

Full-Time Hours available:

  • 37.50 hours per week, planned in on a rotating shift system.

The core working hours are Monday - Friday between 07:00 - 18:00 with occasional Saturday cover required

Part-Time Hours available:

  • 20 hours per week.

(flexibility to cover outside core hours maybe required, with an allowance)

You will receive a 4 week’s scheduled notice of your working shift patterns

This hourly rate of pay is £9.26 per hour.

This role will be Hybrid after a period of training .
