We are pleased to let you know that an exciting opportunity has arisen for you to work in the University of Southampton’s Sport and Wellbeing facilities, which are open to its students, staff and members of the wider community.

We are looking for two Customer Services Advisors to champion and support our customer journey, ensuring our services and products continue to support our mission of ‘Developing a healthy, happy successful community’. The successful candidate will play a significant part in leading core administrative tasks and must have an eye for attention to detail. Key tasks within the role will be working with our customer relationship management system Gladstone, conducting daily banking, support of our customer facing staff and meet member communication deliverables.

The role is based at the Jubilee Sports Centre - Highfield Campus and also includes occasional work from our Wide Lane Sports Grounds and Mayflower Gym facility. You will be qualified to at least GCSE level with experience of working within a busy and diverse customer service environment, with a proactive, positive and solution focused attitude. You must be able to work under pressure during busy periods for the University and be comfortable with working to deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential.
