Due to continuous success and growth, DDC Outsourcing Solutions are now expanding our team and on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to join us in Sheffield!
Coverage required Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm (various shift patterns available). Bank Holiday working will be required, with a day off in lieu. Options to work from home can be discussed once grad bay is complete.

What will I be responsible for?
As a Customer Service Advisor, your day to day duties will include:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences to our client’s customers and couriers
  • Handle inbound calls and emails
  • Navigate various systems to assist query resolution
  • Record information based on the interactions you manage
  • Continually look for ways to improve experiences and processes

What do you need?
As the ideal Customer Service Advisor, you will have experience of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced contact centre environment. You will also possess:

  • Confident and customer focused
  • Committed to putting customers first and achieving high levels of satisfaction
  • IT Literate – web-based applications and MS Office suite
  • Team player who values and respects the opinions of others
  • Enthusiasm to grow, succeed and learn - We’re passionate about you and your career
  • Excellent attendance, time keeping, and reliability are all essential skills for this role

Training and grad bay take place in our Sheffield office. Our training hours are Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm and then you will commence your working shifts.
