Salary: £18,915 plus Bonus
Contract Type: Full time - Permanent - 37.5 hours a week
Location: Work from Home

Start Date: 17th January 2022

Do you have passion for delivering a world-class customer service and the empathy required to help customers with a range of technical queries.

Working from home, many of the queries you deal with will be technical in nature.
Don’t worry if your technical skills are quite 100%, we offer full training to get you up to speed and with help from Albert, he’s our state of the art trouble shooting system, you’ll have the expertise and confidence to solve a customers problem first time.

Job Description:

What we’re looking for:

  • someone who works well independently and takes ownership of customer issues

  • a drive to solve problems and help people

  • a clear, confident communicator, even when faced with challenges

  • someone who gets on well with others, and understands how to approach different customer interactions

  • Previous experience in a customer service role within a customer contact centre would be ideal, experience previously working for a broadband provider would be even better

  • an understanding or ability to learn about the different processes within a contact centre environment
  • a great listener with attention to detail, who can demonstrate empathy and patience

What you’llbedoing:

  • handling customer queries and delivering high quality service throughout

  • using your t echnical product knowledge to proactively find answers and solve problems

  • working to tight deadlines to ensure all queries are responded to in good time and meet day-to-day service delivery targets

  • giving administrative support to ensure all queries are correctly logged and updated in line with our processes

  • adhering to data protection and confidentiality laws
