Customer Service Advisor Part Time - (Nightshift) Careline and Out of Hours

We have a fantastic opportunity looking for a Night Shift – Part Time - Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Newbury.

You’ll be working on a rota basis between 10pm and 7.15am Monday to Sunday, (22 hour week) this will be additional support for our night team.

We can be slightly flexible regarding the hours and can discuss this at interview.

Salary - £14, 865 pro rata (FTE £25,000 per annum), plus additional night shift allowance.

The role

Our Careline Team provide 24/7 response for emergency alarm calls and evening cover for our emergency housing repairs. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be taking ownership to resolve any calls that come through.

Our Sovereign Careline service provides call alarms for older and vulnerable people in their own homes allowing them greater independence and freedom. A call from a Careline customer could involve a reassuring conversation, a call to a neighbour or relative or contacting the emergency services. The Team looks after the alarm service and responds to care alarms, fire panels, door entry, lifts, and smoke alarms.

• This is a desk-based role where you will need a high attention to detail
• Good administrative and computer skills
• Due to the hours and location of the role you will need to have transport
