Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? I’m hiring for a customer service advisor to work for a fantastic utility company in Shipley! In this role you will work Monday-Friday between 10am and 2pm to cover their busy periods - NO WEEKEND WORKING!

As a Customer Service Advisor You Will Be
  • Communicating with customers via various different channels, e.g. telephone, email, webchat and social media
  • Answering general enquiries
  • Ensuring all customer enquiries are dealt with in a professional manner
  • Escalating complaints where necessary
  • Transferring calls to the relevant departments
  • Working alongside different teams within the business
What am I looking for?
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment
  • IT literate
  • A positive "can do" attitude
