Who we are looking for
A Customer Service Advisor with the desire to help, support and provide resolutions to our customers; making well-informed decisions, working in a fast-paced customer focused team.

Our dynamic contact centre presents you with betting, payment, verification, login and general account enquires. With our customers contacting via telephone, Live Chat and email, you will play a fundamental part in their experience.

Sport and betting knowledge is not essential as our comprehensive training plan assists with your development, ensuring you reach your full potential to succeed in your bet365 career. There is an abundance of support to develop you as an Advisor, as we truly believe that staff development is key to your success whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Due to the busy sporting calendar all year round, this position is offered on a full time basis requiring a flexible approach to working hours between 07:00 and 23:00, working any five days from seven, including evenings and bank holidays. Main Responsibilities
Assisting our global customers with their queries.
Providing a first time resolution to customer queries.
Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries.
Looking to resolve customer complaints.
Liaising with internal departments.
Escalating queries where necessary.
Investigating issues thoroughly.
Promoting safer gambling.
Maintaining awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
