Customer Service Advisor

Leamington Spa - Office and WFH flexibility

£20,100 per annum

Working hours: 09.00 to 17.30, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking and making calls from new and existing customers

  • Supporting with queries and complaints effectively

  • Able to take responsibility for any issues coming through

  • Following the customer journey from end to end

  • Uphoding committment to outstanding customer service

  • Providing information using the bespoke internal systems

  • Using other forms of communications such as webchat and email



The ideal candidate must have:

  • Previous experience working in customer service e.g., hospitality, retail etc.

  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment



  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Strong Maths and English skills

  • Supportive team player

  • Genuine love for problem solving

  • Technically minded and able to pick up systems quickly

  • People focussed

  • Self sufficient

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
