Our client is a rapidly expanding online Retailer .

They seek a new Customer Service Advisor

Role of Customer Service Advisor

· Answers customer queries regarding products, services and sales promotions promptly via email, phone and web chat

· Responding to customer emails professionally, within 24 hours

· Accurately records and logs interaction with customers and updates account information on internal systems

· Chasing and closing warm sales leads with confidence

· Liaise with suppliers to achieve a positive outcome for our customers in relation to customer service issues/damages

· Liaise with delivery teams to source accurate information for customer queries regarding current order status

· Produce shipping quotes for international customers, while trying to find the most suitable, cost effective price

· Patiently and confidently deal with customer complaints

· Actively aim to get 5* reviews from our happy customers

· Sensitively communicate changes to customers’ orders and find a suitable alternative where required

· Handle change of mind return requests, including dealing with the couriers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required –

  • Good level of written English and phone etiquette
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience dealing with a range of different customers
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
