Customer Service Advisor
Nottingham
£21,000
Monday – Friday shifts between 8am -8pm (1 in 3 Saturdays half days)
Hybrid role mixed working from office and home

The Role

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Handling high volume inbound calls
  • Providing real time updates to customers
  • Confidentially guiding customers through the online application process
  • Ensuring company policies are adhered to
  • Responding to telephone and administrative queries in a professional and respectable manner
  • Maintaining customer account records by recording information accurately
  • Liaising closely with other departments as necessary
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures and maintaining updated documentation
  • Initial complaint handling


The Candidate
  • Previous call centre/ contact centre experience is vital
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Must be able to work the hours mentioned above
