We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our newly created Customer Services Hub, based at our Westbury site in Wiltshire.

About you

You will;

· Want to work in a fast-paced environment

· Will be able to multitask

· Have a professional and polite telephone manner

· Experience in a similar role

· Will be engaged in learning new systems and processes

· Have the confidence to speak to customers and relay information

· Show empathy and understanding to our customers

· Engage with colleagues across all of our sites

About the role

· Answer all incoming calls

· Provide updates to the customer via telephone and email

· Set up details on internal system

· Arrange appointments for customers to visit relevant site for estimate

· Liaise with sites on queries and appointments

· Maximise awareness of using MG Cannon benefits to customers (full training on awareness will be given)

· Instil confidence in the customer be demonstrating product and system knowledge
