We are looking for zesty, enthusiastic and friendly team members to join us on a temporary basis in our team here in Stockton-on-Tees. It will initially be a two week temporary contract, with the view of being extended for 2 - 3 months.

We are currently recruiting for full time customer service advisors to join our fantastic friendly team! Duties to include making outbound calls, dealing with the calls as required, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

We are recruiting for the following shift pattern:

• 37.5 hours - Monday-Friday working either 9am - 5pm or 10am till 6pm

Full Training is provided and we are looking forward to welcoming friendly, fun individuals into one of the zestiest customer service teams around!

What we’re looking for:

• Great communication skills
• The ability to listen to customer’s needs
• Ideally, you should have 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths
• Be PC literate
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• The ability to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
