Come and join our internal friendly team based in Maidenhead, we support a large customer base in the UK and overseas with sales orders, product enquiries, stock levels and delivery updates. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be joining a global business that designs and manufactures technical safety critical products, used in everyday life around the world.

BASIC SALARY: £22,000 to £23,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Advisor – manufacturer

Our Customer Service Advisors work in a fast-paced environment. This team is at the heart of our dynamic business. You will be the first point of contact for all day-to-day enquiries from customers. We strive to deliver excellent customer service. On top of supporting our customers you will also work closely with our Sales Managers, Engineering Teams, Warehousing and Logistics providers.

Your key responsibilities will cover but not be limited to:
  • Processing orders accurately and on time.
  • Building relationships with our customers to understand their business needs and buying habits.
  • Offering solutions to technical information requests and ensuring enquiries are resolved and completed.
  • Producing detailed quotations and ensuring they are followed up accordingly.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Customer Service Advisor – manufacturer

This is a proactive role within a successful and growing business, we require our Customer Service Advisors to demonstrate the following:
  • Able to adapt and prioritise daily workload to ensure tasks are completed in-line with the demands of the business.
  • Represent the business professionally across all lines of communication; telephone, e-mails and formal quotations and presentations.
  • Demonstrate skills across MS office and other office software packages.
  • Eager to learn more about our niche industry and technical products.
