We’re recruiting for Telephone Customer Service Advisors to earn up to £8.99 per hour (+ uncapped bonus).
Telephone experience isn’t essential, and we’re keen to speak to candidates from a variety of customer service backgrounds. Career progression and flexible shifts available.

What will you be doing?
Be the first point of contact with our customers through both inbound and outbound calls.
Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills
Deliver an excellent customer service through handling a range of customer enquiries by telephone
Demonstrate strong product knowledge ensure all customer queries can be answered
Upsell the benefits of new products to existing customers
Use your initiative to create original solutions to problems
Provide a high level of customer service
Training is provided to support you in this role.
