IMH Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our reputable client based in Wath Upon Dearne. Our client is a manufacturing and distribution retailer in Rotherham, who have a wide reach with offices based throughout the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing first point of contact resolution to customers
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Provide support and product/ service information
  • Build relationship with customers
  • Liaising with couriers and customers regarding deliveries
  • Updating accounts
  • Administration of orders
  • Complaints handling
  • Taking inbound calls

Hours and Pay

  • Sunday - Thursday: 9am-5:30pm
