What You’ll Be Getting Up To

  • Responding to high volume inbound customer service calls
  • Inputting customer data into the CRM system to make sure we store and are using the best information to make decisions
  • Tracking queries from customers, suppliers and agents - ensuring every query is resolved efficiently
  • Building great relationships with colleagues in the team and other departments
  • Contacting customers regarding contract queries and being the first point of contact for customers and suppliers

The role will be a great fit if

  • You have good customer service skills and previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Have a ’can-do’ attitude and be able to step up to the challenges of working in a fast paced, dynamic, and developing organisation
  • You are an excellent communicator, bringing your personality to work and interacting with people on a human level. Motivation and a positive attitude are key to this role.
  • You know your way around a computer and are comfortable with new solutions that could enhance our ways of working.
  • You have the initiative desire to learn & grow with the business
  • Able to work autonomously on a day-to-day basis
