Overview:

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor in a fast-paced environment? Are you a high-energy individual who can easily motivate yourself and others around you?

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join an established and growing team on the outskirts of Leeds. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will respond to a number of customer queries via telephone and email, delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have proven experience of dealing with a wide variety of customer queries and be high-energy.

This is a full-time and office-based role Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Key responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
• Showing empathy to customers and assisting them with their queries and concerns
• Making outbound calls to customers and people in the business to solve queries
• Providing excellent levels of customer service at all times, while building great relationships

Experience and attributes required:

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, preferably in a contact centre environment
• Ability to show empathy to customers and deal with difficult situations
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate, with experience of MS Office and CRM databases
