Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the financial services industry
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in the financial industry
- Process customer requests and update account information accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in finance or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred but not required
