THIS IS ON SITE POSITION IN RUGBY - There is no option to Remote Work ** Rocket Staffing are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors, in call centre based in Rugby. Working for a business that provides equipment to customers based across Europe, you will be their business customers first port of call. Position: Customer Service Advisor Start times: Monday - Friday 08:00am -16:00pm
Salary: £25,000 Duties will include:-Answering a high volume of calls
  • Dealing with customers’ orders onto system
  • Providing online support to customer chats in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to high volume emails and customer queries
  • Processing customers’ orders taking payments when needed
  • Handling customer warranty queries when required The ideal candidate: .Strong customer service
  • Experience within a face paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Packages
  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
  • Well presented
  • Friendly
