Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Stratford Upon Avon

Salary: up to £20,000 depending on experience

Job Type : Permanent

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm

Must be able to drive due to location

Duties Will Include

To be the first point of contact for customers To deal with all daily enquiries from customers through phone contact or e-mail Build rapport with customers Order processing Suggest a variety of solutions in order to provide the customer with options Provide a professional and timely response

Skills And Experience Needed
