Customer Service Advisor

£12.00 per hour

3 month contract

Immediate Start

Eastleigh

Our client is currently going through a busy period of planned and responsive maintenance to properties they manage. They have a backlog of repairs to work through and requires customer service advisors on a 3-month contract to support this work. You will call customers to book in their repair slots. You must have good customer service experience, be happy communicating with people, have good IT skills in order to pick up systems quickly.

The role will be based in Eastleigh, training and initial period based on site. Once trained and performance where it needs to be the role has the option to be hybrid. This is initially a 3-month contract with an immediate start.
