Monday – Friday, Permanent

Shifts between 7.45am – 6.00pm

My client is a global manufacturing business who due to phenomenal business growth is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

Working within their busy team of 25 Advisors you will act as the first point of contact for both new and existing customers.

The Role
  • Handling inbound calls/emails with generic account enquiries
  • Processing customer quotes
  • Accurately processing account amendments using a bespoke CRM
  • Providing real time updates on expected delivery times
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer queries are actioned within a timely manner
  • Processing invoices and creating PO’s
The Candidate
  • Previous experience within a service environment (retail, contact centre, administration
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with existing clients
  • Can work shifts
  • Comfortable working from the office
