Customer Service Advisor / Accounts manager-25k + £300 a month OTE

My client:

Our client is a fantastic company that are expanding their customer service advisor team, providing a bespoke service to their clients from across the UK and Ireland, with a strong focus on delivering the best customer service possible to generate repeat and new business.

Your goal as a customer service advisor:

As a customer service advisor, you will deal with existing B2B clients, receiving a combination of emails/quotes, inbound calls, and making outbound calls (roughly 20 calls a day) with/to existing clients to discuss further business opportunities and generating continuous business.

This role will see you managing roughly 600 accounts, giving you plenty opportunity to sell products and attain your target and therefore earn that bonus. You will therefore need to be a driven person to succeed as this is rewarded in way of the generous bonus structure here.

You will also need to be a good team player, working with the existing team of around 25 people, supporting areas in time of absence, holiday, etc.

Your Qualities:

  • Be a well organised person, capable of dealing with multiple tasks at once effectively
  • A team player, capable of supporting and working with others
  • Be able to graft and be self-motivated to support the business growth and obtain your own bonus
  • To have experience in either account management, B2B sales or service or internal sales as well as experience dealing with a CRM (salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Ideally, but not necessary, have a strong background in both sales and service from any industry

Daily responsibilities:

  • Proactively Contact potential or existing customers, ask questions to understand customer requirements, close sales, inform them about a product or service using scripts from start to finish in a positive, efficient & professional manor
  • Develop professional relationships to determine customer’s needs and expectations
  • Enter and update customer information in Salesforce.com and keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of product to improve brand loyalty and up-sell opportunities and provide complete problem resolution for issues received through customers
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner and be able to actively plan and structure your workload to be efficient
  • Participate in special projects and/or provide support to project teams regarding improvements or changes to existing programs or implementation of new programs.
  • Work on other ad-hoc duties
