Location: Tadcaster (hybrid working available - usually 60% home, 40% office)

Salary: £22,071 + Bonus + Benefits

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week on an 8-week or a 7-week rota

Our Customer Service Centre in Tadcaster plays a key role in ensuring our customers can keep pouring drinks for their patrons.

The Role - Customer Service Advisor
  • Fully comprehensive training will be provided.
  • You’ll be speaking to customers over the phone, giving them assistance with their drinks dispense equipment. You’ll determine if diagnostic help can be given over the phone to fix the problem straight away or whether a visit from a specialist technician needs to be booked.
  • Logging calls and following up on diagnosed calls to ensure great customer service is always given.
  • Hybrid working available - we are flexible to work around you (our team normally spend 60% of their time at home and 40% in the office).
Our office hours are 8am - 9pm 7 days a week.

Who are we looking for?
  • You will be approachable and helpful to provide a high level of customer service.
  • You will have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • You will be able to effectively use a computer during real-time conversations with customers.
  • You will be a strong team player who wants to succeed.
  • You will be happy to assist and support colleagues around you and juggle your priorities to achieve team goals as well as personal ones.
  • An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
  • No previous experience needed
7-week Rota

Shift Patterns Available:

Week 1 - Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

Week 2 - Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

Week 3 - Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

Week 4 - Mon, Tues - 8am - 4pm, Wed 9am - 4pm, Sat 10am - 9pm, Sun 10am - 8pm

Week 5 - Mon, Tues, Thurs 9am - 5pm and Fri 8am - 5pm

Week 6 - Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm

Week 7 - Mon, Tues 9am - 6pm, Wed 8am - 6pm, Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri 9am - 5pm

8-week Rota

Week 1 - Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm

Week 2 - Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

Week 3 - Mon - Wed 9am - 5pm

Week 4 - Thurs, Fri 11am - 9pm, Sat and Sun 11am - 7pm

Week 5 - Mon, Tues, Fri 8am - 4pm, Sat and Sun 11am - 9pm

Week 6 - Mon, Wed, Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri 9am - 6pm

Week 7 - Mon 9am - 6pm, Tues - Fri 8am - 5pm

Week 8 - Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri 9am - 7pm

You’ll also have a week off planned in during each 8 weeks (this is on top of your annual holiday allowance!)
