Customer Service Advisor- Motor Insurance Claims

Salary: £18,525.00-£19,976 per year + bonus

Working hours:

Our full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week across shifts between 08:00-20:00, Monday to Friday with a Saturday (09:00-17:00) no more than once per month.


About You:

Experience or knowledge in handling Claims or Motor Insurance would be ideal but it’s not essential. What is most important to us is that you have:

  • A positive telephone manner.
  • An keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence with office IT and computer systems.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Good team-working skills.
  • A passion for customer service.
