Customer Service Colleague

Preston - Caxton Road, Fulwood, PR2

Fixed Term - December 2022

Full Time – 37 Hours

Salary - £10 per hour (equiv £19,240 per annum) 18 years and over

Operational hours – 09:00-17:30

About The Role

You’ll support customer over the phone, be friendly and upbeat and bursting with product knowledge, you’ll give customers the answers they need and deliver great customer experiences that generate future business. It’s what we call ‘sales through service’ and it’s what makes our customer service team a highly profitable area of our business

About You

Generating ‘sales through service’ means understanding customer needs by being an attentive listener as well as being able to wax lyrical about all the benefits of our products. You’ll also need to adapt quickly to our systems so that the customer receives a seamless service. A strong teamwork ethic is also important—you’ll be punctual and able to manage your time effectively so that you’re always doing to meet the needs of colleagues and customers.
