Temporary Administrator required for a Prestigious Financial/ Banking company based in Wellingborough £10.43 p.h Full time hours Monday to Friday Starting on a temporary basis for a few months . May even be possibility of a Permanent opportunity thereafter.

The ideal customer services administrator will have either a customer service and or admin/ administration background be Numerate ( good with numbers) , have excellent communication skills( written and verbal) and good negotiation skills. Due to the nature of work you will be able to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy and precision. Excel Skills are also preferred. On the job training will be given.

The role of the office based Customer Service Administrator working within this Financial department will be to

Process Direct Debit Instructions

Produce VAT Statements

Resolving any internal and external Customer queries

Answer calls and respond to emails

Processing and scanning of banking transactions

Sending out Communication letters

Reference searches

Updating CRM systems ( Training provided )
