Customer Service Administrator – [Nights]

About the role: Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for your next opportunity?

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic customer service professional to join their team in Coalville. Working Monday – Friday with an 20:00 start time. You’ll be supporting the customer service team acting as the liaison between the customer and the warehouse and Transport. You’ll be acting as the first point of contact for the customer and resolves any problems or concerns with the receiving and storing, moving and distribution of supplies, stock and materials to and/or from the warehouse

In addition to a standard salary of £20,518 this role has a holiday allowance of 28 days including bank holidays.

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Engage with depots and external contractors to retrieve proof of delivery in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that customer requirements are administered in a timely controlled and recorded manner
  • Answer and responding to all incoming queries in a prompt and polite manner
  • Monitor and chase documentation in support of the transport operation
  • Undertake administrative and filing duties to meet the needs of the transport department
  • Collation of accurate data
