Parity Medical has a Customer Service Team that facilitates the services that we provide to our customers and the Customer Service Administrator will be part of that team.
The Role
- Opportunity to join and support an existing successful Customer Service Team
- Full time and permanent
- Office based in Bromborough, Wirral
- Hours 8:30am – 5pm
- Activities include providing Customers, by Telephone & Email, with ETAs, updates on orders and repairs, resolving issues & enquiries etc, arranging on-site installations and liaising internally with Logistics Team & Production Team to ensure orders/issues are resolved swiftly & efficiently
- Updating records using Sage CRM system and other applications including MS Office, Outlook etc
- Support named Regional Account Managers to serve a specific group of Customers in geographic regions
- In-person interaction with colleagues, telephone and email interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Develop relationships with Customers, provide excellent Customer Service and support sales growth
Requirements
- Preferred 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service/Sales Support role
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Computer literate
- Organised, process-driven multi-tasker
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Well presented, good sense of humour and sociable
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with Customers
