Customer Service Administrator

The Company
Parity Medical is a leading provider of healthcare technology systems to public and private hospitals throughout the UK and Ireland. It has a staff of 52 employees and the company has been established since 1989.

Parity Medical has a Customer Service Team that facilitates the services that we provide to our customers and the Customer Service Administrator will be part of that team.

The Role
  • Opportunity to join and support an existing successful Customer Service Team
  • Full time and permanent
  • Office based in Bromborough, Wirral
  • Hours 8:30am – 5pm

  • Activities include providing Customers, by Telephone & Email, with ETAs, updates on orders and repairs, resolving issues & enquiries etc, arranging on-site installations and liaising internally with Logistics Team & Production Team to ensure orders/issues are resolved swiftly & efficiently
  • Updating records using Sage CRM system and other applications including MS Office, Outlook etc
  • Support named Regional Account Managers to serve a specific group of Customers in geographic regions
  • In-person interaction with colleagues, telephone and email interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers
  • Develop relationships with Customers, provide excellent Customer Service and support sales growth

Requirements
  • Preferred 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service/Sales Support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Computer literate
  • Organised, process-driven multi-tasker
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Well presented, good sense of humour and sociable
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with Customers
